📦 Order Policies

Due to the made-to-order and limited nature of our collections, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for non-defective items. Each piece is sewn just for you, so please double-check your sizes and cart contents before checkout!

🍭 Shipping & Multiple Orders

Sometimes our sweet shoppers find another must-have and place multiple orders before their goodies head out!

When possible, we may combine multiple orders into one shipment. Shipping is charged per order at checkout.

While postage is one part of shipping, each order also comes with its own processing costs, packaging supplies, transaction fees, and fulfillment expenses. Charging shipping per order helps our small business continue offering detailed, high-quality pieces while keeping our flat shipping rate as low as possible for everyone.

💕 In Case Something’s Not Right

If you receive an item with a manufacturer defect, we are more than happy to help. Please email us at support@lawliepops.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the issue, and a quick description.

We’ll do our very best to send a replacement, and if that’s not possible, we’ll issue a refund back to your original payment method.
