General Policies

Each item is hand sewn and, therefore, unique. Pattern placements will vary and colors may look a little different in person than in photographs online. These are not considered defects.

Due to the limited nature of our releases, we are unable to make any changes to your order once it is placed. Please double check that you are ordering the correct item, size, and quantity before putting your order through.

Refunds

If you receive and item with a manufacturer defect, you must reach out with in 7 days of receiving the item by emailing support@lawliepops.com.

When your return has been approved, we will do our best to replace the item if possible. If we are unable to replace it, you will be granted a refund to your original payment method.
