Lawliepop's was started by a fellow BST mama — Courtney — after falling in love with boutique clothing when her daughter, Ellie, was born. With help from her own mom, Victoria, they spent hours swooning over sweet details, twirly dresses, and everything you don’t find in mass-produced kids' clothes.
